Hey, guess what? i am heading to Penang this weekend to spin at this beautiful club in Batu Ferringhi call Sixty9ine Mansion by the Beach(http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=130846474968&ref=ts)...its been eons since i last spinned in Penang..well i did in 2005,it was memorable, but nothing beat the time when i was squatting in Penang Parkroyal's (1991-1996) Borsalino..that was just before i relocated to EMPORIUM & Hitz.FM and stayed there til 2001..I have many beautiful memories of Penang,most of them concern food though,well there are tons of friends in Penang as well share the same passion as me (for food),i hope to see all of you there this Friday & Saturday (28th&29Th May 2010),I know lots of you would have retired from clubbing by now but what the hack, just give this a go...i used rush down to Queen's street (almost an hour drive without traffic)after work just to savour the freshly made lamb curry rice..i usually have 3 persons portion as a starter..hahahah..i also miss Pak Ali's Fish head curry at Batu Ferringhi, a shack just next to Parkroyal, unfortunately our main man has since pass on (God bless his soul), but fortunately i get to taste his food,lots of it..well, i can still remember clearly how those fried fish roe taste like..
And also i am excited about my new home, the new EMPORIUM (KL), where i am welcome back by Ronnie & Judy to re-live the legendary EMPORIUM..i will blog about this next. For now, see you in Penang.
